What data I collect
When you use the contact form or email me, I receive your name, email address, organization (if you give it), the service you are interested in and your message. The website host, Wix, automatically collects basic visitor statistics, such as page views and the number of visitors, which I can see only in aggregate. I do not use any other analytics, advertising or newsletter tools.
Why I use it
I use your data only to reply to your message and to discuss possible work with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long I keep it
If your message does not lead to work together, I delete it after one year. If we work together, I keep your data for as long as needed for the work and as required by Slovenian accounting and tax law.
Who has access
Only I have access to your messages. The website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., which stores form submissions on my behalf. Wix may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards, such as an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. I do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Cookies
This website uses cookies set by Wix that it needs to work, and cookies Wix uses to produce these basic visitor statistics. It does not use advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. To do so, email eva@eviq.si. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (Informacijski pooblaščenec), www.ip-rs.si.

If I change this policy, I will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
